Every treatment plan is personalized and based on medical evaluation—not assumptions.

When clinically appropriate, treatment plans may include prescription medications and compounded therapies such as:

• PT-141 (Bremelanotide) – centrally acting therapy that supports sexual desire and arousal
• Compounded arousal creams (commonly referred to as “scream cream”)
• Hormone optimization when indicated
• Supportive or regenerative therapies when appropriate

All medications and therapies are prescribed only after a medical consultation and tailored to your individual health profile and goals.

During the visit, we will:

• Review your symptoms, goals, and concerns
• Discuss medical history, medications, and lifestyle factors
• Evaluate hormonal, neurological, vascular, and metabolic contributors
• Determine whether lab testing is appropriate
• Create a personalized, medically appropriate treatment plan

Appointments are scheduled as virtual by default, with in-clinic visits available if preferred.

Lab work is not required for every patient at the start.

If symptoms suggest hormonal imbalance or metabolic contributors, lab testing may be recommended to:

• Assess estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and adrenal function
• Evaluate metabolic or thyroid-related contributors
• Guide safe dosing and long-term management

Labs are billed separately and may be completed through Quest Diagnostics.

Is this discreet?
Yes. All visits are HIPAA-compliant and confidential. Telehealth appointments are secure, and medications are shipped discreetly when applicable.

Can this be done via telehealth?
Yes. Women’s sexual wellness consultations are available via telehealth in eligible states. In-clinic visits are available in Dallas, TX.

Is this only for menopause?
No. Women of all adult ages may experience sexual wellness concerns related to stress, hormones, medications, or health conditions.

Do I need labs?
Not always. Labs are recommended when clinically indicated based on symptoms and treatment planning.

Do you prescribe “scream cream” or PT-141?
When appropriate, we may prescribe compounded arousal creams and/or PT-141 following medical evaluation.
