Virtual Urgent Care visits are conducted via secure video or phone and are available to patients located in states where we are licensed.
What Virtual Urgent Care Is For
Virtual Urgent Care is appropriate for short-term, non-emergent medical issues, including:
• Upper respiratory infections, colds, flu-like symptoms
• Sinus infections, sore throat, ear pain
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• Rashes, skin infections, allergic reactions
• Gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)
• Minor infections or acute illness
• Medication refills for non-controlled medications (when appropriate)
This service is ideal for patients who need care now but do not require ongoing primary care management.
What Virtual Urgent Care Is NOT
To ensure patient safety and appropriate care, Virtual Urgent Care does not include:
• Emergency or life-threatening conditions
• Chest pain, shortness of breath, stroke symptoms
• Severe abdominal pain or uncontrolled bleeding
• Mental health crises or suicidal ideation
• Controlled substance prescriptions
• ADHD medications, benzodiazepines, opioids, phentermine
• Testosterone therapy or hormone initiation
• GLP-1 or metabolic weight-loss medications
• Insulin initiation or diabetes pump management
• Chronic condition management requiring longitudinal care
If your concern falls outside this scope, we may recommend in-person care, emergency services, or a different program.
How Virtual Urgent Care Works
• One-time virtual visit (no membership required)
• Secure video or phone visit
• Medical history review and focused evaluation
• Treatment plan when clinically appropriate
• Prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy (non-controlled only)
Follow-up or ongoing care may require a separate visit or enrollment in Direct Primary Care.
Important Disclosures
• Virtual Urgent Care is cash-pay and does not bill insurance
• This service does not replace emergency care
• Prescriptions are issued at provider discretion
• Labs, imaging, and medications are billed separately
• Care is provided in accordance with state and federal law
When to Seek Emergency Care

Service & Billing Disclaimer
Virtual Urgent Care is available to patients located in states where Optimize by JaeNix is licensed: TX, CO, IA, FL, VA, VT, CT, and WA.
The total cost is $125, which includes the virtual visit, chart documentation, work or school note (when appropriate), and non-controlled prescriptions when clinically indicated.
A $100 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining $25 must be paid before prescriptions or work notes are released. An invoice will be sent after your visit, or payment may be made via Zelle to 214-771-2493.
This is a cash-pay service and does not replace emergency care. Call 911 for emergencies.
Virtual Urgent Care is for acute, non-emergency conditions only. If ongoing care is needed, Direct Primary Care may be recommended.
