Step 1: Quick Virtual Consultation - $100
This telehealth consult gives you fast access to answers and a personalized plan.
Here’s what to expect:
- You’ll complete a brief intake form before your appointment
- We’ll review your health history, goals, and any prior experience with weight loss medications
- If needed, labs can be added for a flat fee of $150 (or billed to insurance via Quest)
- Based on your intake and labs, we’ll determine your ideal medication plan
- If you qualify, a prescription will be sent to the compounding pharmacy
Ongoing Support
Weight Loss Plan includes:
- Access to your provider for questions and adjustments
- Medication management and refills sent to the pharmacy
- Support for side effect management, titration, or alternative options
- Add-ons available:
- Lab monitoring (insurance or cash-pay)

Metabolic Injection Program Pricing
Our weight-loss approach combines weekly metabolic injection therapy with ongoing medical oversight to support safe, sustainable results.
Pricing reflects your typical monthly program investment, which includes continued clinical support and your individualized injection protocol.
Prescription medication is filled through a partner compounding pharmacy.
Shipping costs are $12 for 2 day express shipping or $30 for overnight cold ship shipping, some medications require overnight shipping, we can let you know before ordering.

Option 1: Compounded Semaglutide Weight Loss Program
(GLP-1 Receptor Agonist)
Semaglutide is a once-weekly injection that:
- Reduces appetite and food noise
- Slows gastric emptying so you feel full longer
- Improves insulin sensitivity
- Decreases cravings and overeating
Many patients lose 15% or more of their body weight with proper medical oversight.

Option 2: Compounded Tirzepatide Weight Loss Program
(GIP & GLP-1 Dual Agonist)
Tirzepatide activates two incretin hormone pathways, providing enhanced appetite suppression and metabolic fat loss.
Many patients lose 20% or more of their body weight, especially those with insulin resistance or higher BMI.

For patients who prefer FDA-approved brand-name medications, we can send prescriptions to manufacturer-supported programs when eligibility criteria are met.
Wegovy® via NovoCare
- Typically $499/month for cash-pay patients
- Supplies not included
- Must meet Novo Nordisk prescribing criteria:
- BMI ≥ 30
- OR BMI ≥ 27 with at least one weight-related condition
Final acceptance and pricing are determined by NovoCare.
Zepbound® via LillyDirect
- $349/month — 2.5 mg (starter dose only)
- $499/month — 5 mg, 7.5 mg, or 10 mg
- Refills must occur within 45 days to maintain pricing
- Missed refill window may increase cost
- Supplies not included
- Must meet Lilly prescribing criteria:
- BMI ≥ 30
- OR BMI ≥ 27 with a qualifying comorbidity
- Also FDA-approved for moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea in adults with obesity
Acceptance and pricing are determined by LillyDirect.
Important Note on Brand-Name Medications
When choosing Wegovy® or Zepbound®:
- Medication pricing and supply are controlled by the manufacturer
- Shipping, supplies, and refill timelines are determined by NovoCare or LillyDirect
- Our role remains medical evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing oversight
Insurance & Prior Authorization Policy
Some insurance plans may require a prior authorization (PA) for brand-name weight loss medications such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®.
- If your insurance requests a prior authorization, a $99 prior authorization fee will apply.
- This fee covers provider time, medical documentation, and submission of the PA.
- The $99 PA fee is charged per prior authorization request.
- Payment of the PA fee does not guarantee approval.
- We are not responsible for insurance denials, coverage limitations, or out-of-pocket costs determined by your insurance plan.
- If an additional or repeat prior authorization is required, each PA request is subject to an additional $99 fee.
Prior authorization fees are separate from consultation fees, medication costs, labs, or program pricing and are non-refundable once submitted.
Medication Shipping (Compounded Programs)
- 2-Day Express Shipping: Included
- Overnight Cold Shipping: $30 (required for some medications)
Shipping fees are determined by the pharmacy at dispensing we will tell you prior to placing order if there is an additional fee.
Lab Work & Monitoring
Lab work is optional at the start of your program. Many patients are able to begin therapy based on their history, goals, and current health status.
If you are not experiencing expected progress by the 90-day mark, lab testing becomes necessary so we can:
- Check for underlying thyroid, hormonal, metabolic, or insulin-resistance barriers
- Optimize your protocol for continued progress
- Protect lean muscle, hormone balance, and long-term health
- Lab panels are billed separately and can be tailored to your individual needs.
Telehealth Availability
We currently offer metabolic weight-loss programs via telehealth in:
Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Florida, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Connecticut, Tennessee, and Iowa.
Medication is shipped directly from a partner compounding pharmacy when appropriate.
Initial Consultation & Program Enrollment Policy
An initial medical consultation is $100 and is required to determine if you are an appropriate candidate for our metabolic program.
If you proceed with ordering your medication within 7 days of the initial consult, $50 of the consultation fee is credited and included in your first month’s program pricing. No additional consult fee will be charged at that time.
If you do not move forward with medication enrollment, the $100 consultation fee is retained as payment for your provider’s time, medical review, and clinical assessment.
This ensures fair access to medical evaluation for all patients while protecting provider time and resources.
