Wegovy® and Zepbound®
Wegovy® and Zepbound® are FDA-approved brand-name medications. For eligible patients, we can send prescriptions to manufacturer-supported programs. These are distinct from our compounded GLP-1 programs.
Prior Authorization Policy: If your insurance requires a prior authorization for Wegovy or Zepbound, a $99 PA fee applies per submission. This covers provider time, medical documentation, and submission. Payment does not guarantee approval. PA fees are non-refundable once submitted and are separate from all other program costs.
