We are currently licensed for telehealth in Texas, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Connecticut. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit. Oklahoma, Tennessee, Indiana, California, Pennsylvania, and Arkansas are pending. What services are available via telehealth?
Women's hormone optimization, men's hormone optimization, medical weight loss and GLP-1 therapy, peptide therapy, women's sexual wellness, men's sexual wellness, direct primary care, virtual urgent care, and lab ordering are all available via telehealth. Testosterone replacement therapy for men requires at least one in-person visit per year at our Dallas clinic. Aesthetics, PRP procedures, and IV therapy require in-person visits.
Is testosterone therapy available via telehealth?
Testosterone replacement therapy for men is available via telehealth consultation but requires at least one in-person visit per year at our Dallas clinic as a prescribing requirement. Women's testosterone therapy as part of BHRT is fully available via telehealth with no in-person requirement.
How are medications delivered for telehealth patients?
Prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy or our partner compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications including GLP-1s, peptides, and hormone formulations are shipped directly to your home. Labs are ordered through Quest Diagnostics at a location near you in whichever state you are in.
