Processing Fees

To maintain the quality of our services and accommodate transaction costs, the following fees apply:

  • Credit/Debit Card Transactions – A 3.5% processing fee will be applied.
  • Cherry Payment Plans – A 3.5% processing fee plus a 5% payment plan surcharge will apply.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At JaeNix Med Spa & Wellness Lounge, we respect your time and ask the same in return. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or Reschedules Within 24 Hours – If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 50% of the total service fee.
  • No-Show Appointments – Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to modify your appointment.
