Optimize by JaeNix was built with telehealth-first in mind. From your initial consultation through ongoing medication management, follow-up visits, lab reviews, and protocol adjustments — almost everything can be handled virtually. You get the same level of clinical care and the same provider, just without the drive to Dallas.
Medications are prescribed following your virtual consultation and shipped directly to your home from our partner pharmacies. Labs are ordered through Quest Diagnostics at a location near you. Everything is coordinated through your patient portal.
The only services that genuinely require an in-person visit are the ones that involve physical procedures — aesthetics, PRP treatments, and IV therapy. Testosterone replacement therapy for men also requires at least one in-person visit per year at our Dallas clinic, as required by prescribing standards.

What services are available via telehealth?
Nearly everything we offer is available virtually — women's hormone optimization, men's hormone optimization, medical weight loss and GLP-1 therapy, peptide therapy, women's sexual wellness, men's sexual wellness, direct primary care, virtual urgent care, and lab services. The only services that require in-person visits are aesthetic treatments, PRP procedures, IV therapy, and the annual in-person requirement for testosterone prescribing.
What states does Optimize by JaeNix offer telehealth in?
We offer telehealth services in Texas, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Connecticut. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Can I get hormone therapy via telehealth?
Yes. Women's hormone optimization — including estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, thyroid, and testosterone for women — is fully available via telehealth. Men's hormone optimization is also available virtually. Testosterone replacement therapy for men requires at least one in-person visit per year at our Dallas clinic as a prescribing requirement, even for patients who otherwise manage everything virtually.
Can I get semaglutide or tirzepatide via telehealth?
Yes. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide programs are fully available via telehealth in all eight licensed states. Your $100 consultation is conducted virtually, prescriptions are sent to our partner compounding pharmacy, and medication ships directly to your home.
What services require an in-person visit?
Services requiring in-person visits include all aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, microneedling), all PRP procedures (O-Shot, Clitoxin, P-Shot, P-100 Shot, Vampire PRP, hair restoration PRP), and IV therapy. Testosterone replacement therapy for men also requires at least one in-person visit per year at our Dallas clinic.
