Here’s what to expect:
- You’ll complete a brief intake form before your appointment
- We’ll review your health history, goals, and any prior experience with weight loss medications
- If needed, labs can be added for a flat fee of $200 (or billed to insurance via LabCorp)
- Based on your intake and labs, we’ll determine your ideal medication plan
- If you qualify, a prescription will be sent to Texas Best Compounding Pharmacy
- The pharmacy will contact you to arrange overnight shipping directly to your home
- You’ll pay the pharmacy directly for the cost of the medication and shipping
Ongoing Membership – $75/month
Your monthly weight loss membership includes:
- Access to your provider for questions and adjustments
- Medication management and refills sent to the pharmacy
- Support for side effect management, titration, or alternative options
- Add-ons available:
- Lab monitoring (insurance or cash-pay)
- Supplement bundles via Fullscript or Strive
- Vitamin injections to support fat metabolism and energy

This is a recurring monthly membership.
Auto-pay is required. Card must remain on file.
There is a 3-month minimum commitment, with 7-day cancellation notice after that period.
