The Optimize Concierge Membership is a monthly subscription that provides you with direct access to your nurse practitioner, ongoing wellness care, medication management, and exclusive member discounts—all without the limitations of traditional insurance-based care.
This membership is ideal for patients seeking a more personalized, responsive, and holistic approach to health.
๐ What’s Included – $125/month
- ๐ฉบ One monthly visit (in-person or virtual) as needed
- ๐ฒ Direct access via phone/text/video during clinic hours (Mon–Fri)
- ๐ Prescription management (medications sent to your commercial pharmacy)
- ๐ Chronic care support (thyroid, fatigue, GI, skin, metabolic health, etc.)
- ๐งพ Lab orders & referrals as clinically indicated
- ๐ Weekly in-clinic B12 injection (optional)
- ๐ 10% OFF all HRT/BHRT memberships and med spa services
๐ซ What’s Not Included
- โ Emergency or urgent care services
- โ Controlled substances such as narcotics, ADHD meds, or psychiatric drugs
- โ The only controlled medication prescribed is testosterone for HRT (Texas only)
- โ Lab costs, medications, or outside imaging (unless otherwise noted)
- โ After-hours care (non-emergency)

$325/month
Includes everything above plus full hormone optimization, ongoing labs, and treatment management with compounded or commercial BHRT prescriptions.
