What is included in the Discovery Intake?
The Discovery Intake is a $395 one-time medical evaluation that includes a comprehensive symptom assessment, complete health history review, advanced hormone and metabolic lab testing, a 60-minute consultation with Jessica Boggs, and personalized clinical recommendations. If you enroll in a program within 7 days the fee is credited toward your program cost.
